FAQ

We apologise if you have received a damaged parcel. Royal Mail takes every effort to keep your deliveries safe and secure, but if something has gone wrong, we are here to help.

Please take clear photographs of the damaged parcel, its packaging, and the contents, then contact us and attach the images.

Please note that claims for damage or missing accessories on returned items must be made within seven calendar days of receipt; otherwise, they will not be considered. Royal Mail advises customers to submit claims as soon as possible after an issue arises to allow for prompt investigation.

Photographic evidence of both the damaged parcel and item is required for any claim.

Simply contact Royal Mail on 0345 774 0740 with your tracking number to arrange a redelivery.

However, we cannot guarantee stock availability or turnaround times, and the process may take longer if parts need to be ordered for your repair. Parts typically arrive within 5-10 working days, but this can extend to up to four weeks, depending on the manufacturer.

Please note that repair times may be longer during busy periods.

We repair almost all types of electronic devices. If you can’t find the repair on Our Services Page, please Request An Estimate, and we will provide further assistance.

We offer the installation of consumer-supplied parts. However, we cannot guarantee or take responsibility for the fit or functionality of the supplied part. As such, we do not provide a warranty for repairs involving consumer-supplied parts.

We do not charge anything in advance. Once the repair is complete, we will send you an invoice, which can be paid using any credit or debit card.

You can simply complete our Estimate Form, and we will provide you with an estimated cost for repairing your device.
