Repair Warranty
Repairs have a 3-month warranty for replaced parts and labour except for the below reasons:
- Liquid damage repair
- Mainboard and PCB board repairs
- Repairs where the parts have been supplied by the customer
- Non-genuine products
In the unlikely event, your item becomes faulty within the warranty period, please ensure you request a Warranty Repair and you will receive a return label.
The device will be checked and we will aim to respond within 3 to 5 working days. If the issue is related to the initial repair, then the repair will be carried out free of charge and return at no extra cost. In the case of the issue is not related to the original repair, we will contact you with a new quote.
We will attempt to repair the item a maximum of two times after the original repair. In the case of the item be faulty after, a refund will be issued (except for the service charge). Note that we will need to see the device before to ensure is faulty for the same issue before any refund is issued.
Warranty Limitations
Warranty service or returned item under the limited warranty will only be honoured if the claims are made and faulty device has been returned within the warranty period.
Donetronics do not offers warranty for the loss of any pre-installed software or applications. We do not give any warranty for any malfunction for the applications that the software contains or error-free. The software restored or installed as original state unless is stated in writing.
Donetronics can refuse a warranty repair of devices under disputable conditions. Also, we hold the right to declare a final decision whether the item is within warranty conditions.
The following damages or actions will void the warranty:
- Damage caused by the act of nature (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)
- Damage caused by failure to perform a proper installation or to provide an appropriate operational environment for the product.
- Damage caused by impact with other objects, falls, liquids.
- Damage caused by disassembling of the product or unauthorised repair
- Damage caused by misuse, misapplication or mishandling.
- Damage caused by a third-party.
- Errors caused by software incompatibilities and virus, as unauthorised built-in software modification.
- Deterioration of normal circumstances for example batteries.
- Cracks/physical damage and scratches on LCD or materials.
